How much does junk removal & light demo cost?+
We believe in 100% upfront volume pricing without franchise markups. Minimum single-item pickups start at $125–$145, while a full truck load (15 cubic yards) runs $575–$615. Multiple truck loads scale proportionally. Light demolition projects (hot tub cutouts at $395+ and shed teardowns at $450+) include all labor, cutting, and disposal fees.
What light demolition services do you offer?+
We tear down and haul away backyard structures including hot tubs/spas, wooden/metal storage sheds, patio decks, play structures, fences, and interior renovation debris (carpet, bathroom tile, and drywall tearouts).
What materials are you unable to accept?+
Per Douglas County and Colorado environmental safety guidelines, we cannot haul hazardous chemicals, wet paint cans, motor oil, biological waste, asbestos, or pressurized gas/propane tanks.
Do I have to be on-site for the pickup?+
Not if your items are staged outside (curbside, driveway, or accessible side yard). We can complete the entire job, text you completion photos, and handle payment securely online or via card/Venmo.
